How do you collect your data?
Retail data is collected electronically via actual fuel purchase
transactions at the supplier location. The data is then compiled
systematically, processed for data accuracy (quality control), and
published via the e-Stop Fuel Management Tool Kit.
Wholesale data is electronically collected directly from the suppliers
of product(s). Direct relationships have been established with these
suppliers to transfer us their prices, in which the data is then
compiled systematically, processed for data accuracy (quality control),
and published via the e-Stop Fuel Management Tool Kit.
How do you calculate your averages?
Our averages are derived using standard mathematical practices.
Is your service available Saturdays and Sundays?
e-Stop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access e-Stop
services and tools whenever it fits your schedule.
Can I share my password with other individuals in my company?
No. Please see our user agreement.
How close is your costing information to a supplier's actual
cost?
Although e-Stop location costing information is "estimated"
and not "definite," our customers contend that the costing
data is very close to the "actual" cost of the supplier.
Please note that some costs and freight rates may not reflect actual
location rates. All sources of our data and all information on e-Stop
are deemed reliable but are not infallible.
Please also note the warranty of our agreement:

in the Services is derived from sources deemed reliable, T-Chek

Will fuel suppliers re-price cost-plus off the AXXIS wholesale
index/information?
Most industry suppliers will re-price cost-plus transactions off
the AXXIS wholesale information. We are not aware of any organization
that would reject your business due to re-pricing practices based
on AXXIS wholesale data. Simply ask your supplier if they will accept
the AXXIS data. If you have problems basing your purchases off the
AXXIS information, please contact us directly at info@tchek.com
How many custom fuel networks am I allowed to have for the standard
subscription price?
Standard monthly Enhanced Search subscription fees include up to
5 custom networks. Additional networks can be added and are subject
to additional service fees.
Do you publish information for risk management or the futures
market?

What do the AXXIS rack prices represent?
AXXIS wholesale prices represent "posted rack market prices"
where wholesale supply is available, by supplier, by terminal. These
prices can be used for price "quote" verification, buyer/seller
negotiations, purchase price reconciliation and more. They do not
represent proprietary supplier quotes, nor do they guarantee product
is available at that posted price. To obtain a purchase price, negotiate
with your supplier directly.
Do the AXXIS rack prices guarantee that I can purchase product
at that listed price?
No. They do not guarantee product is available at the posted price
we publish. Negotiate your purchase price with your supplier directly.
Can you tell me how to contact suppliers listed on your AXXIS
rack price report?
Unfortunately, we do not source contact information for jobbers,
wholesalers, terminals, or other petroleum distributors.
I viewed a truck stop retail price on the system yesterday,
but the location is gone today. Why?
e-Stop publishes what we call "current day retail pricing."
This represents retail prices collected today, yesterday and one
day before that. We do publish all associated dates of collection
for our retail prices. If we do not receive an updated price from
a location within 2 days, the location drops off the search database
until we receive a price update. At that time, the location and
price will come back on the system.
